We're excited to have you in the first cohort of this program.
Over the next 4 weeks, you will learn how venture capital works from the inside, from fund structures and key metrics, to sourcing deals and founders talk. You will also get the opportunity to negociate your own deal through a Harvard Business School simulation.
Below you will find everything you need: session dates, topics, and what to prepare. Please read through it carefully so you will be ready by Session 1.
Important: Session 3 will not happen in class. You will need to complete the Harvard simulation with your team asynchronously. We will introduce it at the end of Session 2, but block some time in your calendar for Week 3, it represents 70% of your final score and your chance to win a 1-on-1 coffee chat with a VC.
